PARK TERMS & CONDITIONS/INSTRUCTIONS

Ticket once sold will not be refunded.
Re-entry is not allowed.
Entry for kids below 90cm is free.
Children below height of 90cm must be accompanied by an adult in swim wear near water rides.
Kids below the age of 15 yrs need to be accompanied by an adult to enter into the water park.
Food and beverages from outside are strictly not allowed into the park.
Weapons of any kind (knives, guns, etc.) are strictly not allowed inside the park.
Guests under influence of alcohol or any illicit substance are strictly not allowed into the park for their own safety and safety of other guests.
Cigarettes, Thambaku, Gutka and Chewing gums are not allowed into the park.
Nylon or polyester swim wear is mandatory to utilize any water rides/pools.
Sarees, dupatta, salwar kameez, formal pants, shirt, street clothes, long flowing clothing, scarves, burkas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires, underwear will not be permitted.
Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back e.g., rivets, wetsuit, swimsuit with metal/buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to others swimmers and our slides will not be permitted.
Any clothing accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides will not be permitted.
People with long hair are recommended to wear a swimming cap.
Management has the final call on which attire is suitable for park entry or use on rides & attractions.
Customers have to retain wrist bands while in the park and those customers without bands will be restricted.
Regular diapers are not permitted in any pools.
Maintain discipline in ride queue area and don't jump the queue. It will make sure that everyone enjoys the ride equally well.
Pools are shallow. Please do not dive into the pools, it will result in grievous injury.
Pregnant women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure, and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
Please follow safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and instructions displayed near the rides.
Avoid loose ornaments and spectacles, footwear are not allowed in water rides.
Playing with colours (both water and powder) is not allowed.
Lockers and costumes are only subject to availability.
Management shall not be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the park. Please take care of your belongings.
Strictly follow the instructions of park staff for your safety. The park will not be responsible for any mishaps due to non-adherence of any of the safety instructions.
Height, weight & safety criteria are to be strictly followed. Park staff has the right to refrain people from the activity if they do not fit the criteria.
Waiting time varies from 5 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the crowd, please wait for your turn.
Kindly bear with the staff for breakdown of any ride if any due to technical reasons.
Due to high wear and tear of the activities, weather and for reason whatsoever, the park management shall not be held responsible for non-availability or down time of any of the rides.
These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice.
The management reserves the right of admission.
